Tuna Tartare
Tuna Tartare
Serves: 4-6
These dishes are made for conversation, and so is Reàl. Serve these starters with pride.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Finest Call Passion Fruit Puree
- 1-2 lbs sushi grade tuna
- 2 oz fresh passion fruit or pure frozen passion fruit
- Juice of 6 limes
- 1 oz olive oil
- 1 T salt
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 jalapeño diced
- 1 oz diced red onion
- 1 oz chopped cilantro
Directions
- Cut tuna into 1/4 inch cubes and lightly chop.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine passion fruit REÁL, lime juice, passion fruit juice, olive oil and salt. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
- Add all ingredients together and serve into 4-6 individual bowls. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Garnish with broken/crushed up tortilla chips, won tons, or rice crackers.
