Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango Reàl
- Makes about 8 cups
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 cup fish sauce
- 1 cup Mango Reàl
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 fresh mangoes, chopped
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1 habanero chile, chopped
- Fresh mint, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, for serving
- Chopped peanuts, for serving
Directions
- Purée soy sauce, fish sauce, Mango Reàl, lime juice, mangoes, vinegar, sesame oil, and habanero in a blender.
- Try serving this on grilled shrimp, chicken, or salmon.
- Top with fresh mint, cilantro, and peanuts.
