Strawberry Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Strawberry Reàl
  • Makes about 4 ¼ cups
  • 2 cups Strawberry Reàl
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish

Directions

  1. Purée all ingredients (except strawberries) in a blender until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Try serving this on a salad or with grilled chicken or duck. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
