Mint Julep Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 container Agave Reàl
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 container Agave Reàl
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 4 mint sprigs, chopped

Directions

  1. Whisk the egg white until frothy, then gradually mix in other ingredients. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
