Mango Fruit Salad

Mango Reál is an easy, convenient way to bring premium alphonso mangoes from India right into the kitchen. Its sweet, tropical flavors and simple at the ready use makes it the perfect culinary ingredient for chefs everywhere.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango Reàl
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, cored and diced
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced peach
- 2 cups diced pear
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup Mango Reàl
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
- Mint, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all fruit except cherries in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine the milk and Mango Reàl. Fold the milk mixture into the fruit, and refrigerate until chilled.
- Divide among individual bowls and top with whipped cream, a cherry, and a sprig of mint.
