Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Coco Reàl
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk, warmed
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Coco Reàl
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Raisins, fruit, or nuts, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter, Coco Reàl, and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.
- Ladle batter onto waffle iron, and cook according to manufacturer’s directions. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve topped with raisins, fruit, or nuts.
