Coconut Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 container Coco Reàl
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 1 container Coco Reàl
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins

Directions

  1. Place rice, raisins, Coco Reàl, water, vanilla, and salt in a rice cooker. Turn on and cook for 25–30 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.
