Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Piña Reàl
  • Makes about 1 cup
  • ¾ cup Piña Reàl
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 serrano chiles, chopped
  • Chopped cilantro, for serving
  • Chopped scallions, for serving

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
  2. Serve tossed with chicken wings and top with cilantro and scallions. You can also use it with grilled pork or chicken, or bacon-wrapped scallops.
