Ingredients

  • 1 container Piña Reàl
  • Makes 1 pint
  • 1 container Piña Reàl
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 3 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 small shallot, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Great with pork, chicken, and seafood.
