Lychee Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lychee Reàl
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, cored and diced
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 can of lychees
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced peach
  • 2 cups diced pear
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Mint, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all fruit except cherries in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine milk and Lychee Reàl. Fold the milk mixture into the fruit, and refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Divide among individual bowls and top with whipped cream, a cherry, and a sprig of mint.
