Blueberry Thyme Pops
Serves: 4-6
Chefs and home cooks enjoy Blueberry Reál as a high-quality and convenient culinary ingredient. Pure cane sugar combines with a rich blend of premium blueberries for an infused syrup that’s sweet, tart, and easy to use.
Top a simple sundae, or do something more decadent. Add Reàl to any cake batter, pie, bread pudding and more.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon Blueberry Reàl
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 Tablespoons Blueberry Reàl
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- Pinch kosher salt
- 2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Bring all ingredients (except blueberries and lemon juice) to a simmer; cook for 5 minutes. Strain, then chill for 30 minutes.
- Stir in blueberries and lemon juice. Pour into ice pop molds. Freeze for 6 hours.
- These can be made with peaches and basil, raspberries and mint, etc. The flavor combinations are endless.
