Blackberry Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Blackberry Reàl
- Makes about 1 cup
- 1 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1/2 cup Blackberry Reàl
- 2 shallots
- 1 Tablespoon peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup demi-glace
Directions
- Add wine into a saucepot -- flame off. Add all ingredients, mix thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve this with grilled lamb chops, venison, or duck breast.
