Blackberry Mascarpone Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 container Blackberry Reàl
  • 1 container Blackberry Reàl
  • 1 lb mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt

Directions

  1. Purée all ingredients in a blender. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
