Apple Celery Grape Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1 green apple, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Dash salt

Directions

  1. Purée all ingredients in a blender and pour through a fine-mesh sieve. Freeze mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
