Guava Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 container Guava Reàl
- 1 stick butter, melted and cooled, plus butter for pan
- 1 baguette torn or cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- TK vanilla extract
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a TK pan with butter.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mixture should be the consistency of oatmeal.
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.
