Ingredients
- 1.25 oz (37 ml) Piña Reàl
- 1 oz (30 ml) Finest Call Single Pressed Lemon Juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) Gold Rum
- 1 tsp Aperol
- Fill with Champagne

Directions
- Combine the first three ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a flute glass.
- Top with Champagne and a tsp of Aperol.
