- .5 oz (15 ml) Finest Call Single Pressed Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Coconut Rum
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Peach Schnapps
- .5 oz (15 ml) lime juice
- fill with soda water
- float blue curacao
- 1 - lime wedge
- 6-8 - mint leaves

Directions
- Muddle mint with one lime wedge in shaker. Add remaining ingredients. Shake & Strain.
