
Apricot Jammin’
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Master of Mixes Sweet n’ Sour Mixer or Master of Mixes Whiskey Sour Mixer
- 1 oz (30 ml) Master of Mixes Single Pressed Lemon Juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) Master of Mixes Simple Syrup
- 2 oz (60 ml) bourbon
- 1 tsp apricot jam
- 1 vanilla bean (smoke)*
- Lemon-lime soda

Directions
- Mix jam and bourbon in the bottom of a shaker tin until jam has dissolved.
- Fill tin with ice and add the lemon and sugar.
- Place smoke* filled Boston glass into the tin.
- Shake and strain into glass filled with ice.
- Fill with lemon-lime soda.
- *vanilla bean smoke: Turn a Boston glass moth down on the bar top.
- Trap smoke inside glass.
