Pineapple Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- - 2 oz (60 ml) Master of Mixes Mai Tai Mixer
- - 1 oz (30 ml) gin
- - .5 oz (15 ml) aged rum
- - 1 oz (30 ml) heavy cream
- - 1 egg white
- - Soda water
Suggested Garnish: Pineapple Leaf, Cherry
Suggested Glass: Tall/Collins Glass
Directions
- - Combine gin, Master of Mixes Mai Tai Mix, heavy cream and egg white in a Boston glass filled with ice.
- - Shake and strain into glass filled with ice.
- - Fill with soda water.
- - Float dark rum.
