Ginger Ruby
                            
                        Ingredients
- - 2 oz (60 ml) Master of Mixes Mai Tai Mixer
 - - 1.5 oz (45 ml) ginger tea infused vodka
 - - 1 oz (30 ml) grapefruit juice
 - - 2 dashes rhubarb bitters
 
Suggested Garnish: Lemon Zest, 2 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Suggested Glass: Martini/Cocktail Glass
Directions
- - Combine all ingredients in a Boston glass filled with ice.
 - - Shake and strain into chilled glass.
 - - *Ginger tea infusion is made using 4 bags of ginger tea infused in 750 mL bottle vodka.
