Apricot Jammin’
Ingredients
- - 2 oz (60 ml) Master of Mixes Sweet n’ Sour Mixer or Master of Mixes Whiskey Sour Mixer
- - 1 oz (30 ml) Master of Mixes Single Pressed Lemon Juice
- - 1 oz (30 ml) Master of Mixes Simple Syrup
- - 2 oz (60 ml) bourbon
- - 1 tsp apricot jam
- - 1 vanilla bean (smoke)*
- - Lemon-lime soda
Suggested Garnish: Orange Zest, Lemon Wedge
Suggested Glass: Tall/Collins Glass
Directions
- - Mix jam and bourbon in the bottom of a shaker tin until jam has dissolved.
- - Fill tin with ice and add the lemon and sugar.
- - Place smoke* filled Boston glass into the tin.
- - Shake and strain into glass filled with ice.
- - Fill with lemon-lime soda.
- - *vanilla bean smoke: Turn a Boston glass moth down on the bar top.
- - Trap smoke inside glass.
