Apricot Jammin’

Ingredients

  • - 2 oz (60 ml) Master of Mixes Sweet n’ Sour Mixer or Master of Mixes Whiskey Sour Mixer
  • - 1 oz (30 ml) Master of Mixes Single Pressed Lemon Juice
  • - 1 oz (30 ml) Master of Mixes Simple Syrup
  • - 2 oz (60 ml) bourbon
  • - 1 tsp apricot jam
  • - 1 vanilla bean (smoke)*
  • - Lemon-lime soda

Suggested Garnish: Orange Zest, Lemon Wedge

Suggested Glass: Tall/Collins Glass

Directions

  • - Mix jam and bourbon in the bottom of a shaker tin until jam has dissolved.
  • - Fill tin with ice and add the lemon and sugar.
  • - Place smoke* filled Boston glass into the tin.
  • - Shake and strain into glass filled with ice.
  • - Fill with lemon-lime soda.
  • - *vanilla bean smoke: Turn a Boston glass moth down on the bar top.
  • - Trap smoke inside glass.
