California Mojito

The California Mojito substitutes the traditional lime base with lemon for a lighter, more coastal taste.

Made with Agalima Sweet & Sour Mix

At the peak of ripeness, we single-press juicy organic lemons to preserve the freshest and purest possible flavor. Our lemons are then sweetened with pure cane sugar and Jalisco blue agave nectar before bottling this perfect balance of sweet and sour.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Sweet & Sour Mix
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Rum
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • Fill with club soda

Sprig Of Mint And Lemon Slice

How to Make

  • Muddle lime and mint in bottom of mixing glass.
  • Add ice, rum and Agalima Sweet and Sour.
  • Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda.
